Chantelle’s honey chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken pieces
  • 100 ml chutney
  • 50 ml honey
  • 100 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 heaped tsp curry powder
  • Salt, pepper and Aromat to taste

Preparation

Step 1: Place chicken pieces in casserole dish.

Step 2: Season with salt, pepper and Aromat.

Step 3: After mixing ingredients together, pour over chicken.

Step 4: Bake at 180 °C for approximately 1 ½ hours or until chicken is done.
