SAPS Kwadwesi detectives are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing the next of kin of a woman whose body was found on Sunday, August 20, in Gqalo Street in Kwamaqxaki.
According to police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, it is alleged that at approximately 18:00, SAPS Kwadwesi received a complaint of a body of a woman that was found in Gqalo Street, Kwamagxaki in the bushes by members of the community.
She said the deceased had no visible injuries.
“Her age is estimated between 20 and 25 years old,” said Janse Van Rensburg.
“She was dressed in light blue denim with writing on, a black jacket, black crocs as per the attached photo.”
An inquest docket was opened and is under investigation.
