The Celtic Football Club in Schauderville was in dire need of soccer equipment for the junior players to assist with training and development. The club was identified as a beneficiary by staff members of The IIE’s Varsity College Nelson Mandela Bay, and they handed over equipment in December. “We cannot thank The IIE’s Varsity College Nelson Mandela Bay enough for this donation. It will make a difference not only to the soccer club, but also to the players’ training sessions. It is heartwarming to know that there are people and institutions who care about the community and who are giving back where possible,” said Celtic Football Club chairperson, Rebecca Meyer.
