The search is officially underway for Miss Teen Face of the Bay 2026, with auditions set to take place on 20 December at the Beach Hotel in a competition designed to transform ordinary young women into extraordinary role models.

Now in its second year, the pageant continues to provide a platform for teenage girls to showcase their talents, build confidence, and make a positive impact in their community.

The event, founded and led by Candice Heynes, has chosen “Turning Ordinary to Extraordinary” as this year’s inspiring theme.

“We are so excited to be hosting our second Miss Teen Face of the Bay competition,” said Heynes.

“This event is about so much more than a pageant, it’s about empowering young girls to shine and celebrating their confidence, talent, and personal growth.”

The competition encourages contestants to showcase their unique personalities, talents, and passions while supporting charitable causes close to their hearts.

Each participant is required to select a charity of their choice to support throughout the competition, adding a meaningful community service element to the event.

“What makes this competition special is that contestants will have the opportunity to showcase their unique talents, personalities, and passions while making a difference in their community,” said Heynes.

Auditions will be held on 20 December from 10:00 to 15:00 at the Beach Hotel.

Selected contestants will then advance to the grand finale on 3 January 2026 at the same venue, with Foschini Greenacres proudly sponsoring the event.

The entry fee is set at R200, and organisers are encouraging community support by offering free admission to both the auditions and finale events.

“We warmly invite the public to attend both the auditions and the finale. We look forward to welcoming the community to this exciting event,” said Heynes.
