A man’s body was discovered floating in the PE Harbour on April 19, around 10:30.
Police spokesperson Captain Andre Beetge confirmed the incident, stating that the identity of the male remains unknown.
The cause of death has yet to be determined, pending further investigation and an autopsy.
An inquest docket has been opened and is under investigation by the SAPS Humewood.
