DON’T miss out on the opportunity to experience the joy of running through the heart of Sunridge, while making a difference in the community.
Experience the Red Feather Charity Run, which is organised by Community Chest and Run for Christ Athletics Club, on Saturday, May 4, at 07:00.
The Community Chest, one of the oldest non-profit organisations in Nelson Mandela Bay, is raising funds to support one of its beneficiaries, Miracle Kids, based at the Chatty Clinic in Gqeberha. Miracle Kids is dedicated to rehabilitating and integrating under-privileged disabled children into mainstream schools.
“Whether you’re aiming for the 10km challenge or prefer the family-friendly 5km option, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, including your pets,” said Selwyn Willis, Community Chest chief executive officer.
The Community Chest is calling on all schools to participate. The school with the highest number of participants can win with Twizza, and secure a feature in the PE Express. Entry is simple and convenient! Secure your spot online at webtickets, or grab your entry forms at Brian Bands Sports shop, UD sports in Kariega, at the EPA Office, or the Sunridge Village Centre office.
