Ready, set, go, to enter for the Red Feather Charity Run. Community Chest and Run4Christ have teamed up for the inaugural charity run on Saturday, May 4, at Sunridge Village Centre.
Participants can choose between the 10km challenge and the family-friendly 5km option. All finishers will receive a medal, and there will also be a medal for the first furry friend crossing the 5km winning line.
Loads of lucky prizes are up for grabs, and two participants will walk away with a weekend for two at the Boardwalk Hotel, or a two-night stay for five people out of season at Willows Resort.
“Come together; make a difference in aid of children with disabilities. Thank you to Sunridge Village for hosting us at the Red Feather Charity Run, EXP Realty, Café Capellini, Twizza, Bester EMS, PE Express and Kingfisher FM,” said Colette Theron, Community Chest marketing manager.

- 5km – 07:15
Race Collection:Collection of race numbers (pre-entries) and late entries will be accepted from 16:00 until 19:00 on Friday, May 3 at Sunrdige Village Foyer, and the morning of the race from 05:00 till 07:00 at the Sunridge Village Foyer.
The closing date for all pre-entries is Wednesday, May 1, at 16:30.
