EP Tenpin Bowling president, Garreth Hechter, was in sensational form when he shot his 17th perfect score of 300 pins in the first game of the recent league 4 game encounter at Baywest Mall’s Nitro Park. It is his second perfect game of the year, with the first bowled in May. Hechter finished with a total pinfall of 957, at an average of 239, and still holds the record for the youngest bowler in the country to shoot a perfect score, when at 13 he achieved his first 300 game. He has been included in the national team to compete at the third African Zone Championships at Planet X Bowl in Pietermaritzburg, from June 23 to July 2. Photo: Supplied
