The final trials to book a spot in the Eastern
Province under 15 Iqhawe rugby squad will take place on Wednesday afternoon.

Players must report at 11:00 to Booysens Park High
School. The first of six matches will kick off at 12:00.

After these matches the selectors will pick a squad to
represent EP at the national Iqhawe Week to be held at Queen’s High in
Johannesburg from 23 to 26 September.

The Iqhawe Week started in 2013 and is South Africa’s
premier development tournament for under 15 players.

The aim is to reach players from non-traditional rugby
schools to participate in a tournament equal in status to the prestigious
Craven Week.

The programme at Booysens Park is:

11:00: Players report

12:00: Sundays River Valley v Kouga

12:45: PE North v Karoo

13:30: Albany v Motherwell

14:15: Joe Nqabi v Uitenhage

15:00: Kwazmon v Midlands

15:45: Koukamma v Selectors XV
