The Animal Welfare Society recently visited Newton Park Pre-Primary and were pleasantly surprised by the generosity of the learners and their parents, who collected food, blankets, and treats for the fur babies. The children at the school are surrounded by animals, with an aviary where they can see all the bird families, a fishpond to feed the fish, and their hamster, Daisy, that teaches them about responsibilities.
