SAPS Walmer detectives have confirmed that 30-year-old Megan Cassim was found unharmed in Kareedouw yesterday, February 10.

As previously reported by the PE Express, police stated that Cassim left her home on Pheasant Street, Greenshields, at around 07:00 on Friday, February 7, driving her grey Honda Jazz.

“She informed her parents she was heading to the beach but never returned, prompting them to report her missing at SAPS Walmer that evening at approximately 22:35.

“At the time, she was wearing a floral dress with red flowers,” the police report said.

“Thankfully, Megan Cassim has been found safe, bringing relief to her family and the community,” the police statement concluded.
