CAIRO Moon Belly and Greek Dance Studio PE will be hosting its official opening at the Sonheuwels Church Hall, in Bougainvillea Drive, Westering on Saturday, June 9.
This enchanted forest-themed evening promises a variety of entertainment.
Dance studios from near and far will be performing styles, including belly and fire fusion dancers, line dancers, ballet, hip-hop and modern dancing.
The line-up includes Cairo Moon Belly and Greek Dance Studio, represented by owners Marina Simopoulos Basson and Daleen Scheepers, Dance Kids Port Elizabeth, Leanka Laubscher Dance Studio, represented by Face of Talent Africa winner 2018, MJ du Preez and more.
Cairo Moon Belly and Greek Dance Studio PE offers classes in belly dance, Latin, Greek, line dancing and belly fitness.
The studio also engages in charity work and engages the public through various events in an effort to educate them about the art of belly dancing.
Pancakes will be on sale at the event and the proceeds raised will be donated to Sonheuwels Church and Cat Rescue Port Elizabeth.
Tickets are available for R80 and R40 for children under the age of 12.
Donations of tins of cat food/cat pellets or a soft baby blanket will be greatly appreciated.
