INDEPENDENT New Brighton-based music group Clique Claq will be hosting the Forever Young music event on Saturday to bring the young and young at heart of Port Elizabeth together to celebrate Youth Day.
Though the event will only showcase Clique Claq’s music, it will also give a platform to seven other Nelson Mandela Bay musicians.
Patrons can expect to be entertained by a diverse range of music genres, including reggae, hip-hop, neo-soul and folk.
Lord Harmony, Miss Jay, Epic The Scriptwriter and Songo are among the artists providing the soundtrack for the day, while the dynamic Zolisa Marawu will act as the MC.
Forever Young will take place at Chicky’s Yard in South End on Saturday from 14:00. The gates will be opening at 13:00.
There will be a cash bar and food stalls available.
Tickets are R100 and children under 12 can enter for free.
