• PE: While the ‘war on waste’ initiative by the municipality is to be applauded, it is not only illegal dumping which is the problem, but also the petty littering by residents which is a big contributory factor to the filth on the metro’s streets.

The cleanliness of this city is the responsibility of each and every one of us. It is not “someone else’s problem”.
