AUDIENCE members can expect to be transported through the intriguing world of magic and insane mind-over-body stunts when magicians Li “One Crazy China” Lau and Brendon Peel perform at the Pemads Little Theatre this week.
Lau will be performing his brand new show, The Magic of Sideshow, on Saturday, May 11.
Peel will be performing his Hocus Pocus show, filled with mentalism and psychological illusion, as well as classic magic tricks on Thursday, May 9 and Friday, May 10.
Lau performs what he likes to call “bizarre entertainment” that features a uniquely daring blend of escapology and carnival sideshow stunts with an added touch of magic and mentalism for good measure.
He has appeared on both television and radio to wow audiences with his extraordinary skills.
Peel has performed all over South Africa and internationally, including the world-famous Edinburgh festival in Scotland.
He has proven to be a true artist and a hard-working talent that is in pursuit of spreading the magic wherever he goes.
