INTERNATIONALLY accredited hairdressing training institution, HeadSmart Hair Academy, will be hosting an open day for potential applicants on Saturday, January 11 at their salon at 24a West Street, Newton Park.
HeadSmart Hair Academy, which opened in 2014 in Port Elizabeth, aims at empowering the next generation of hairdressing professionals by elevating students’ hairdressing skills, through practical and theoretical components, to the highest level of artistic creativity.
The open day will focus on explaining the course, meeting the HeadSmart team and experiencing the venue.
HeadSmart Hair Academy and Salon is owned by mother-and-son team Lorine and Louis Smit.
The HeadSmart team implores those interested in a career in the industry to attend the open day to learn more about the course.
Enrolment for 2020 is open and those interested can apply online at www.headsmart.co.za/enrollment2020. Classes commence on January 20.
