CAPE Recife High School is preparing to once again host a battle of the bands competition – as part of their fundraising ventures – next month.
The Battle of the School Bands will take place on March 5, followed by the Battle of Community Bands on March 6.
Both competitions will take place in the Cape Recife school hall from 18:30. Tickets for the competition are on sale at the school at R50 per adult and R25 per learner.
The entry fee for bands is R300 and only eight bands per evening can be accommodated.
Bands are encouraged to enter and join them for a fun-filled evening.
