LITTLE Ngcwele Msuthwana is only seven years old but she is ready for the bright lights of New York.
Ngcwele, who was born in Gxwalubomvu Location in Tsomo and moved to PE when when she was four years old, is a Grade 2 learner at St Marks School.
According to her mom, Nolundi, the modelling bug bit Ngcwele at the age of six.
“In April 2019, she auditioned to be a model in Port Elizabeth and she was scouted by one of the directors and was called back to audition again in September 2019 at Silverstar Casino in Johannesburg,” Nolundi explained.
“In Johannesburg, she auditioned with other girls from South Africa and Namibia, and she was scouted by Joey Hunter of The International Modelling and Talent Association, to represent South Africa in (an event due to take place in) New York in July 2020.”
In New York, Ngcwele will be strutting her stuff as a model and actress in front of 300 agents.
Her mom is currently hard at work to raise funds for the trip.
