THE Animal Welfare Society Port Elizabeth has called on local residents to join the 67 challenge and make a difference this Mandela Month.
AWS PE is an open shelter that offers a safe place for unwanted, lost or abandoned animals and, in order to continue their work, they need a helping hand.
At any time, the AWS PE facility works with and cares for more than 150 animals.
The challenge – get involved
- Sponsor or donate funding, food or blankets for the shelter animals during the month of July and challenge all your colleagues, family and friends to do the same.

The goals
