WATCH: Baby no. 2 on the way for Prince Harry and Meghan

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan have announced yesterday, on Valentine’s Day, that they are expecting their second child.

According to The Telegraph, the news comes barely three months after the Duchess, 39, revealed she had suffered a miscarriage last year.

Their first child, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, celebrates his second birthday in May.

“The baby will be the Queen’s tenth great-grandchild and the first to be born abroad,” The Telegraph said.

“It is thought she is around five months pregnant and is due in early summer. The baby will be eighth in line to the throne.”

A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said: “We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child.”

A black and white photo, captured on an iPad by Misan Harriman, a friend and longtime photograph shows a barefoot Harry stroking his wife’s head, while Meghan lays on the grass touching her visible baby bump.

Buckingham Palace said in a statement that the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince of Wales and the entire family are “delighted” by Harry and Meghan’s news and they wish them well.
The family were told shortly before the announcement was made public.
