The SAPS Mount Road Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) is looking for a 16-year-old girl named Tayla Miggels, who was last seen on September 20 in Gelvandale.
According to police spokesperson Captain Andre Beetge, Miggels allegedly left her home on Zimdahl Street and never returned.
Following her disappearance, Beetge said her mother opened a missing person report on November 21.
Police are now urging anyone with information that could help find her to contact the investigating officer at SAPS Mount Road Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit, Detective Sergeant Ayanda Songxaba, at 071 352 4733 or, alternatively, Crime Stop at 08600 10111.
