This past weekend, Gqeberha came alive with the rhythm and energy of the Valley of Dreams Music Festival fundraiser, an event dedicated to raising funds for the preservation and enhancement of Baakens Valley.
Held in the city’s heart, the festival in Baakens Valley attracted nearly 1000 music lovers and united the local community for a cause that resonates deeply with many. With a lineup featuring local talent and renowned artists, the event showcased diverse musical genres, from soulful melodies to upbeat rhythms that got everyone dancing.
Attendees enjoyed the incredible performances and local food vendors, crafters, and interactive activities, highlighting the local community’s rich culture and creativity.
