RED City took control of the New Brighton Football Association (NEBFA) Right Play Health Services league table, after they delivered a 4-2 defeat to Eastern Jumpers at City Lads’ Ground on Sunday.

City has 16 league points, while Dodgers who were supposed to have played against Roaring Tigers, have 13 league points. There were some technical challenges that led to the Dodgers-Tigers clash to be called off.

Winter Rose crashed 5-0 to City Defenders, while Hani FC shared a goalless draw with City Lads. Pondo Stars gave a good account of themselves in their narrow 2-1 victory over PE Rovers FC.

White City lost 1-0 to City Lads. Bush Bucks went down 1-0 to CCX Callies, with Real White City defeating Friendly City 2-1 in an exciting clash.

In the NEBFA Right Play Health Services First Division, Stinging Bees punished PE United 3-1 while New Brighton Academy earned a comprehensive 5-1 triumph over Black Aces.
