THE third round of the SCORE PEFA Premier League started off with a match between Ibhayi/Chippa and Central Acemates, which had to be postponed due to load shedding.

Out at NMU, the home team put six goals past the luckless South End United. The goal scorers for NMU Madibaz were Luyanda Nyangeni, with three, Mda Ongama, with two and Gwaxa Masithembe.

In a close game at the Oval, Callies beat Gideonites 2-1. Feiraaz Brandt’s penalty and Keith Lemini were Callies’ goal scorers.

Foresters beat Bay City 2-1.

At the Strand, the PE City goalkeeper made some outstanding saves to keep City in the game as Hearts went into half time 1-0 up. PE City came back after half time to beat Hearts 3-2. Ryan Oborn and Athi Booi scored for Hearts.
