A 41-year-old woman from Algoa Park was arrested last night, Saturday, June 26, for allegedly murdering her 49-year-old husband.
A woman was arrested last night for the alleged murder of her husband.
According to police spokesperson, Col. Priscilla Naidu, police attended to a complaint at Jasmyn Flats in Algoa Park last night just before midnight.
“It is alleged that the couple
were arguing and the woman stabbed him in his chest. He died on the
scene. She was arrested and detained,” Naidu said.
“Police are investigating a case of
murder and the suspect is expected to appear in court soon,” she added.
