Crowned as Mrs Universe South Africa first runner-up

Charné Cronjé from Kimberley was crowned the Mrs Universe South Africa first runner-up on Saturday, 22 March. “This journey has transformed me in ways I never imagined, pushing me beyond my comfort zone and teaching me invaluable lessons,” she says. “To everyone who supported and believed in me – friends, family and sponsors – thank you.” Candice Devon Williams was crowned as Mrs Universe South Africa 2025, and Alyssa Barberis as second runner-up. Cronjé, a counsellor and life coach, holding a doctorate degree in counselling, is renowned as the founder of South Africa’s largest parenting support Facebook page, Mammas 24/7.
