Excitement is mounting as Plumbing’s Travelling Exhibition (PTE) is due to hold a show, for the first time, in Kathu.

The show on Thursday, 10 July, will open at 12:00 and run until 16:00. It is free to attend, and prizes are up for grabs. It showcases some of plumbing’s most renowned brands. It provides visitors with an opportunity to engage directly with manufacturers and suppliers.

Also, visitors can broaden their baseline skills and knowledge with free to attend talks and workshops. These include topics such as health and safety, presented by Chris Coetzee of Occupational Health and Safety Systems (OHSS) Consulting.

The risk of reconditioned geysers will also be discussed during a presentation by the Institute of Plumbing South Africa (IOPSA).

These highly relevant topics, chosen specifically with the plumber in mind, afford attendees the opportunity to ask questions and learn more.

There is also a chance for visitors to discover what is new in the plumbing industry, learn about technology and innovations, and to network. Networking is not only with suppliers and manufacturers, but with other plumbers, too.

This show is specialised, targeted specifically at plumbers and those dealing with maintenance, building, projects, wet services, and anything related to plumbing.
