Requirements:

Step by step:


  • Mark down the following measurements.

Three pieces of 22 mm x 94 mm x 889 mm, four pieces of 22 mm x 94 mm x 762 mm and four pieces of 22 mm x 44 mm x 189 mm.


  • With the jigsaw, cut on the markings you made.

  • Sand the wood until it’s smooth and has no splints.

  • Take one 22 mm x 44 mm x 189 mm and put glue on the 22 mm side.

Place one 22 mm x 94 mm x 762 mm on the glued area. Drill two holes in each corner of wood.


  • Drill 3,5 x 50 mm screws in each hole. Measure 1 mm from the bottom of the 22 mm x 94 mm x 762 mm and place another 22 mm x 94 mm x 762 mm. Drill two holes in each corner of wood.

  • Put glue on the 44 mm side and place one 22 mm x 94 mm x 889 mm on the glued area, but at the bottom of the 22 mm x 44 mm x 189 mm.

  • Repeat step 4, 5 and 6 but remember to place two 22 mm x 94 mm x 889 mm and 1 mm space between all wood pieces. You must have a rectangle box. ) Turn the wood box over and put glue on the 22 mm sides.

Place offcut hardboard on glued area.


  • Drill two holes in the middle of each side, but space the holes. Drill 3,5 x 25 mm screws in each hole.

  • Place the wheels in each corner and drill holes in the holes of the wheel’s plate, into hardboard and wood.

Drill 3,5 x 25 mm screws in each hole.


  • Paint, stain or varnish and let dry.
