KAKAMAS – This week, the Kakamas Juventus Football Club (FC) faces the country’s top provincial champions in the national playoffs for promotion to the National First Division (NFD).
Earlier, they were crowned as champions of the Northern Cape’s ABC Motsepe League playoffs.
Kakamas Juventus are now representing the province in the NFD playoffs from 1 to 6 July at the Soshanguve Giant Stadium and the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville, both situated in the Pretoria area.
The group matches will be hosted at the Giant Stadium, while the semi-finals and final will take place at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
Here they will compete for a spot in the 2025-’26 NFD. This participation is a crucial milestone in their football journey.
The opening fixture took place on 1 July against the Thames FC. Kakamas Juventus lost by 1-2.
