Stellenbosch: Die Kaapstad Stadsballet bring op Vrydag 7 en Saterdag 8 Augustus Sean Bovim se bekroonde Swingtime na die ADAM SMALL-TEATER. Die vertoning, ‘n viering van die goue tyd van die Big Band-era, vervoer die gehoor na die legendariese Swing Club, waar musiek, dans en romanse elke hoekie gevul het. Sentraal in die storie is die onvergeetlike mnr. Stellenbosch: The weekly Music and Cheese Fondue Winter Experience at DELHEIM WINE ESTATE will feature the Soi-Soi Gqeza Trio. The event combines a live music performances with traditional Swiss-style dining; guests will be served a three-course meal centred on cheese fondue, accompanied by bread and seasonal vegetables. The experience includes glühwein on arrival, a table appetiser, cured meats and coffee with brownies for dessert. Estate wines will be available for purchase at cellar-door prices. Stellenbosch: Galpalooza, an all-female-fronted music festival, will be held at the DAISY JONES BAR. Somerset West: The REACH FOR RECOVERY breast cancer support group invites residents of Stellenbosch and the Helderberg to a free talk by the breast and endocrine surgeon Dr Liana Roodt on the latest developments in breast surgery. Strand: The Unashamedly Ethical Golf Day will be held at STRAND GOLF COURSE, with golfers, businesses and community leaders invited to tee-off.
