“Our goal has never been just about trophies. We want to help people become the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. Seeing four athletes qualify for Nationals is a reflection of years of hard work, consistency, and faith. We are incredibly proud to represent the Northern Cape and Free State on the national stage.”

The team will spend the coming weeks finalising preparations for Cape Town as they pursue national honours.
