Zwelethemba – In a thrilling display of innovation and teamwork, the robotics club of Zwelethemba High School, known as the “Galactic Einsteins,” soared to victory at the Western Cape Regionals on Saturday 27 January.
Their outstanding performance earned them the prestigious Motivate Award, a significant milestone.
This award recognises the teams that embody the spirit of FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) through outstanding sportsmanship, teamwork and community involvement.
This is the Einsteins’ second FTC award; they also won the Core Values Award last year for demonstrating exceptional excitement and team spirit during the First Lego League Robotics Tournament.
