The 7th Annual Velddrif Mile and 3 km Swim event takes place in the picturesque Port Owen Marina in Velddrif on Saturday 18 November. The event, open to all levels of fitness, is split into three categories – 500 m fun swim, open to all ages and levels of fitness, the official Velddrif mile, 1,6 km swim for the more adventurous at heart and swimmers with a bit more stamina and the 3 km for those looking for a challenge.
