Janke Jansen, a resident of Langebaan, recently participated in Talent America in New York.
She did exceptionally well and won in all her divisions:
- Singing vocal (Broadway ages 12-14)
- Singing (Open category ages 12-14)
- Divisional winner( ages 12-14) Vocal open
Jansen was also scouted by New York Film and Acting Academy for kids camps and workshops and received a 25% scholarship.
Jansen will participate in the Wes-Boland Eisteddfod in August and Show Your Talent Cape Town again in September.
