The public is invited to attend Standing in Solidarity, a Women’s Day event dedicated to raising awareness about gender-based violence (GBV) and promoting women’s empowerment.

It will take place at the Langebaan Town Hall.

Tickets cost R200 per person, with 8 people per table, and only 160 tickets are available. Attendees are encouraged to wear anything purple in support of the GBV awareness campaign. Refreshments will be served, goodie bags will be provided, and guest speakers will share their personal experiences and insights on gender-based violence.
