With more than 1 500 entries for the Sea Harvest Foundation Health Run, organisers are excited for what the day will bring.
Set to take place on Saturday 20 June at the Weskusskool in Saldanha, participants will run the 5 km, 10 km and half-marathon.
According to Kevin Lodge of Top events, the strong response from runners means more and more people are wanting to walk or run in a safe organised environment with the opportunity to be with friends, work colleagues and family members.
There will be lots of lucky-draw prizes, food stalls inclusive of a Sea Harvest stand providing their products to participants on the day.
Lodge said the organisers were looking forward to all partners having an enjoyable experience, which they also saw as an opportunity to encourage others to participate in the future Sea Harvest Foundation Health Runs.
He further thanked the Sea Harvest Foundation for its partnership.
