on Saturday, 23 August.  Distances to be entered – 10KM – 5KM – 1.6KM.

Enter online at www.entryninja.com or do manual entries from 18 to 22 August from 13:00 to 18:30 at Virgin Active Welkom. Entries can also be done on race day from 08:30 at Virgin Active in Welkom.

The beneficaries of the event are CANSA, Charlotte Mall Haven and SANBS (Awareness Campaign).

The event will be a vibrant celebration of fitness, community and the spirit of National Women’s Month with the event theme “Arise, shine – its time”.
