WELKOM – Four learners from Naudeville have been selected to represent the Free State at the Sanesa National Championships.
Hanno van Jaarsveld, Ava Adendorff, Miah Erasmus and Beaule Jordaan have been selected for the Sanesa Free State Core League. A team that will compete at the National Championships from 24 to 28 September at the Kyalami Equestrian Park.
The Naudeville riders competed in Sanesa Free State’s final qualifying round on 25 and 26 July at the Bloemfontein Equestrian Centre.
Hanno van Jaarsveld (Gr. 7) rode Storm Rider and placed first in jumping 2Phase 90cm, jumping A2, Equitation 90cm Open, Working riding Level 7 and Working Hunter 80cm.
Ava Adendorff (Gr. 6) placed first in Dressage Freestyle, Prix Caprilli L5 A and Prix Caprilli L5 B. She placed second in Dressage L3 A and Working Riding L5, and third in Showjumping 70cm A2 Comp and Showjumping 70cm Speed Comp. She placed fourth in Equitation 60cm.
Beaule Jordaan (Gr. 4) rode Miss Buttercup and placed second in Jumping 70cm 2Phase, Jumping 70cm A2 and Working Hunter 60cm. On Skyline she placed first in Jumping 60cm 2phase and Jumping 60cm A2. She was eliminated in Working Hunter 70cm and Equitation 60cm.
Miah Erasmus (Gr. 3) rode Windhoek and placed fifth in Equitation. She was eliminated in 50cm Show Jumping. On Snowball she placed second in Working Riding and Prix Caprilli, but was eliminated in Working Hunter.
