Harmony Striders athletes took part in the Free State Cross-Country Championships in Bloemfontein on 15 August, with Amelia du Plessis and Raboroko Mojalefa representing the club.

The club is also preparing for its 80km Circuit event, scheduled for 29 August at Hentie Cilliers High School.

The event will consist of teams of four, with each team having 12 hours to complete as many laps as possible. Only one team member will be on the track at a time.

At the club’s 8 km time trials on 12 August, the results were:
