In a heartwarming collaboration De Zwartland Markt shopping centre and Schoonspruit Secondary have joined forces to create a stunning mural in the passage between the Volpes and Woolworths Edit stores. The mural, which was designed by Celeste Arendse, visual arts teacher at Schoonspruit Secondary and painted by the art students, beautifully captures the essence of each town in the Swartland District.
Situated in the heart of the Swartland, De Zwartland Markt aims to foster a sense of belonging and community. The shopping centre believes this vibrant artwork will make every visitor feel welcome and connected to the centre. The mural serves as a visual representation of unity and community spirit.
