Tickets are selling fast for the 124th Paarl Boxing Day Track Challenge, which takes place on 26 December at the Faure Street Stadium in Paarl.

Up for grabs now is R100 000 in prize money, and the organisation is pulling out all the stops to make the first Paarl Boxing Day Track Challenge, post-Covid 19, the most memorable and biggest ever!

The historic Paarl Boxing Day Track Challenge will see South Africa’s top professionals as well as a host of international riders tackle one another in front of the passionate Faure Street Stadium crowd.

An international line-up can be expected as well as local heroes such as Nolan Hoffman.

Paarl Boxing Day is well known worldwide, the oldest event in all forms of cycling in the world, starting in 1897.

Not only is it the biggest track cycling event in Africa, but it’s also one of the most spectated sport events.

With venue limitations finally something of the past, organisers are expecting a capacity crowd for the 124th staging and to contribute to the festive atmosphere the organisation is erecting a beer tent, which will be operational until the finish of the 25-mile race at 18:30.
