1 cup carrot – peeled and grated

1 cup beetroot – cooked and grated

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 garlic clove – minced

2 tsp fresh rosemary – finely chopped

3 tbsp peppadews – finely chopped

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 egg

1 tbsp oilSweet-potato wedges

800 g sweet potato – cut into 1,5 cm thick wedges

1 tsp fresh rosemary – finely chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepperWhipped feta dressing

100 g feta cheese

3 tbsp cream

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp fresh mint – finely chopped

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

¼ tsp black pepper
