Moorreesburg police recently arrested various suspects dealing in drugs and liquor. On 12 November police officers seized around 185F of liquor at Sibanye Square in Fairview, Moorreesburg (pictured) and arrested a woman (47). On Sunday 13 November a suspect (39) was arrested on the N7, near Moorreesburg, when officers of the Crime Prevention Unit and Flying Squad approached him and on further investigation found various drugs to the street value of R20 000 in his bag. In another incident Moorreesburg police officials arrested a suspect (29) after being caught with 10 crates of 750 F Castle Lager in Main Road, Moorreesburg.
