A will is a critical legal document that can help you ensure your belongings are distributed according to your wishes after you have passed away. It is important to have a will drafted by a legal practitioner because they have the necessary expertise to ensure all the legal requirements are met.
Each year a number of attorneys participate in the National Wills Week. This year National Wills Week is from 16 to 20 September, and participating law firms and legal practitioners will be drafting wills at no cost.
