Music lovers have something special to look forward to this summer. The beloved Paul Clüver Amphitheatre in Elgin is opening its doors once again, bringing South Africa’s top artists to one of the country’s most magical venues.
From 6 December to 21 February, the open-air stage will host five incredible shows featuring household names like Kurt Darren, Karen Zoid, Jo Black, Elvis Blue, and Nataniël.
Nestled among towering eucalyptus and yellowwood trees, this intimate venue has been enchanting audiences for over 20 years. With just 510 seats arranged in a semi-circle, every spot offers great views and perfect acoustics. Above, stars twinkle through the forest canopy, creating an atmosphere you simply can’t find anywhere else.
Located on the Paul Clüver Wine Estate, just 70 km from Cape Town, it’s the perfect escape from the city.
The season kicks off on 6 December 18:30 with Kurt Darren. Fans can expect all his biggest hits, including Meisie Meisie and Loslappie.
Rock queen Karen Zoid takes the stage on 3 January at 19:00, bringing her powerful voice and emotional lyrics to start 2026 with a bang.
Jo Black follows on 31 January at 19:00, promising an evening of inspiring music and heartfelt storytelling that celebrates South African spirit.
Valentine’s Day gets extra romantic when Elvis Blue performs on 14 February at 19:00. Known for hits like “Rede Om Te Glo” and “Die Hemel,” he’s a crowd favourite who never disappoints.
The season wraps up on 21 February at 19:00 with the incomparable Nataniël. Expect his signature mix of music, theatre, and visual storytelling in what promises to be a spectacular finale.
Gates open at 17:00, giving concert-goers time to soak up the farm atmosphere. The estate’s award-winning wines are available for purchase, and the team from renowned Bloem restaurant will serve delicious food throughout each evening.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted as food and wine sale will be available on-site.
