The 25-year-old from Bonnievale has made the leap from amateur rugby to the professional ranks after his electrifying pace caught the eye of Stormers management during a campaign that saw him cross the whitewash more than once per game on average.

“SIGNED! We are delighted to announce that Lleyton Davids has signed a professional contract with the DHL Stormers,” F7 posted.
“The 25-year-old winger from Bonnievale was in prolific form for Robertson Town in Boland club rugby this season, scoring 31 tries in 19 games. He then impressed during a 40-minute cameo for the Stormers in a friendly against the Vodacom Bulls a few weeks ago.
“A three time South African triple jump champion with sprinting prowess to match, the speedster now has the opportunity to make his mark on the professional rugby stage. We are incredibly proud!”
