Sharks head coach JP Pietersen has selected an exciting matchday 23 that brings together experience and emerging talent for their opening URC clash against Ospreys on Saturday.
Former junior Bok Vusi Moyo will be tasked with pulling the strings in a talented backline as he starts at flyhalf, with Jaden Hendrikse his halfback partner at number nine.
The backline includes talents such as Luan Giliomee at fullback, Jurenzo Julius at outside centre and another up-and-coming youngster, Litelihle Bester, on the wing.
Nick Hatton captains the side from number eight and forms part of a strong loose trio with Manu Tshituka and Phepsi Buthelezi, while Darrien Landsberg and Corne Rahl are the starting locks. Vincent Koch, Eduan Swart and Phatu Ganyane form the run-on front row.
Saturday’s match kicks off at 16:00.
