Transformative Leadership Camp – Grantleigh prefects plan 2026

Transformative Leadership Camp. From 17 to 19 September, the 2026 prefect cohort of Grantleigh Schools gathered at Whistling Woods for a transformative leadership camp. Set in a serene environment away from the bustle of school life, the weekend offered a space for reflection, planning, and connection.

Under the guidance of Ms Parsons and Mr Peter, the prefects engaged in meaningful dialogue around their motto, vision, and strategic goals for the year ahead. A major focus was the Grade 8 orientation programme, with the team finalising the theme, song, dance, and activities designed to warmly welcome new learners in January.

Beyond the planning sessions, the camp fostered camaraderie and collaboration. Through team-building exercises and relaxed moments by the pool, students deepened their relationships and built the trust essential for effective leadership.

The weekend exemplified Grantleigh’s dedication to cultivating confident, compassionate, and forward-thinking leaders—young individuals ready to serve their school community and inspire their peers.
