Schools Hockey. In opposite outcomes to the 2024 fixture in a Schools Hockey game between both schools, where Kearsney took a 3-0 lead in the first half, this weekend’s fixture saw Michaelhouse take an unassailing 3-0 lead in the first quarter, firmly cementing their result early on.

Michaelhouse took their opportunities, leaving Kearsney to struggle to work their way back into the game. 

Kearsney tried for a 12-minute period to play without their keeper, in an effort to apply maximum pressure, but the Michaelhouse defense held firm, to close out the match 3-0.
