Pietermaritzburg – Maritzburg College – from the golf course to the ocean, our College boys continue to fly the Red, Black & White flag with pride, delivering exceptional performances both nationally and internationally.

Golf: Congratulations to S. Watson and C. Nelson, who represented the KZN Golf Schools Team at the prestigious Inter‑Provincial Tournament (IPT). Their efforts contributed to an impressive 2nd‑place finish, underscoring the College’s strength on the fairways.

Canoeing: On the international stage, K. Vogt showcased extraordinary talent at the Ocean Racing World Championships in Vila Joiosa, Spain, securing three medals:

• 2nd place – Short Course Single Ski Eurochallenge
• 2nd place – Long Course Single Ski World Championships
• 1st place – Long Course Mixed Doubles World Championships, alongside partner Hannah Solomon

These achievements reflect the dedication, discipline, and passion of our athletes, who continue to inspire the College community.
